摘　　要：以烟厂纸箱物流技改项目开发为例,介绍了Virtools技术及其在烟厂纸箱物流仿真中的应用。首先,描述了Virtools软件开发流程中关于3D模型的导入、BB交互模块的构造及完成后的封装整合;其次,基于当前使用Virtools软件遇到的系统复杂问题和Virtools软件与不同软件平台进行网络信息交互困难问题,提出了相应的解决方案;最后,通过实例证明了其可行性,拓宽了Virtools软件的应用领域。Mainly introduced the Virtools technology and its development process by taking the carton logistics development as an example. First of all, describes 3 D model introduction, BB interactive module construction and package integration during the Virtools development process;Secondly, gives an initial idea on the solving the complex system and exchanging information between Virtools and other software platform; Finally, the feasibility of the method is validated by practical application. And the application fields of Virtools software are expanded. This study has a certain practical and innovative significance.
