摘 要:弯梁是城市轨道车辆上的重要零/部件,弯梁板材在冲压成形过程中受到多重非线性因素影响,成形机理复杂,成形质量难以控制。利用有限元数值模拟对弯梁板材冲压成形过程进行仿真研究,得到了弯梁板材成形极限图、厚度减薄率分布图、应力及应变分布图,研究结果为弯梁板材冲压工艺设计提供指导。Curved steel girder is one of the most important part in railway carriage. The forming mechanism of curved steel girder forming is very complex because of the nonlinear factors during the sheet stamping forming process which will reduce the quality of product. The finite element analysis was used to simulate the sheet stamping forming of curved steel girder. The stamping forming performance of curved steel girder was analysed using finite element method. The forming limit diagram, cross-sectional thickness distribution, stress distribution and strain distribution were obtained. The results can be used for design of curved steel girder forming process.
