摘 要:所研制的三级液压机车落轮检修装置主要包括液压传动系统和机电操控系统。设计的关键点在于:采用三级液压和具有中位截止功能的三位四通电磁阀的控制,来实现不同工位检修;采用机电操控小车是为满足落轮承载与移位车间加工检修的不同需要;升降落轮平台采用手动换向阀或电控换向阀两种操作方式,既方便又可靠;三级液压的每级油缸均设置限位装置,以防止实际使用中由于某级油缸的变形而引发柱塞不能按顺序伸出,甚至导致从整体脱出发生事故等。该装置可实现机车落轮检修的机械化和满足不同工位作业的准确性,具有性能可靠与工作效率高的特点;另外,检修装置的落轮接触工作表面采用溅射镀膜涂覆耐磨涂层,有效地提高了设备的使用寿命。The throe-stage hydraulic locomotive wheel repair device mainly includes the hydraulic transmission system and electrical control system design. Design of the key point is : uses the three-stage hydraulic and throe four-way solenoid valve control the different location maintenance;used mechanical and electrical car is to meet the left wheel beating and transport to the workshop inspection of different needs ; using manual reversing valve or electric control reversing valve two kinds of operation mode, convenient and reliable;three-stage hydraulic cylinder set limit per level, is not in order to prevent the cylinder deformation, even cause the whole emergence accident, etc. This device can realize locomotive wheel maintenance mechanization and meet different location the accuracy of the work, has the characteristics of reliable performance and high efficiency;in addition, the maintenance working device of wheel contact surface using sputtering deposition coating wear-resisting coating, effectively improve the service life of equipment.
