摘　　要：研究预湿上浆工艺设置。论述了预湿上浆的作用、优点及工艺配置中存在的问题,重点对预湿槽中水压辊压力和浆槽中浸压形式和压力配置进行了分析。认为预湿上浆工艺设置中预湿水槽压辊压力应与浆槽内主压浆辊压力相匹配;浆槽压力配置采用"先重后轻";浸压形式采用双浸三压,这样才更符合预湿上浆工艺要求,更利于提高上浆质量。Configuration of pre-wetting sizing processing was researched. Pre-wetting sizing function, advantages and problems in processing configuration were discussed. Roller pressure in pre-wetting box dipping form and pressure configuration in size box were analyzed. It is considered that roller pressure in pre-wetting sizing processing configuration should be matched with main squeezing roller pressure in size box. Processing of front heavier back lighter is adopted for roller pressure configuration. Form of double-dipping three-pressure is adopted, which is much more fitting pre-wetting processing demands, sizing quality can be improved successfully.
