摘  要:研究不同固体聚丙烯酸浆料性能。对LM和LX-6两种固体聚丙烯酸浆料从浆液性能、浆膜性能以及浆纱性能三个方面进行了分析和测试对比。试验结果表明:LM和LX-6的浆液黏度热稳定性都较好,LM较LX-6对涤棉纱有着更好的黏附力;与LX-6、PVA和变性淀粉混合配置的浆液相比,以LM、PVA和变性淀粉混合配置的浆液制得的浆膜强伸性更好、水溶速率更快,对T/C 65/35 13 tex纱的增强更高、减伸更小,浆纱毛羽降低率和增磨率略高。认为LM、PVA和变性淀粉混合配置的浆液对T/C 65/35 13 tex纱有较好的上浆效果。Properties of different solid polyacrylic acid size mixture were researched. Sizing property, sized film property and sized yarn property of LM and LX-6 solid polyacrylic acid size mixtures were analyzed and tested. The test result shows that viscosity thermal stability of LM and LX-6 is better, adhesion of LM to polyester cotton blended yarn is better than that of LX-6. Comparing with blended sizing of LX-6, PVA and modified starch, sized film strength and elon- gation are better and the water soluble speed is fast when adopting blended sizing of LM, PVA and modified starch. Strength of T/C 65/35 13 tex yarncan be increased, the yarn elongation decrease rate can be reduced,the yarn hairiness decrease rate and wear resistance increase rate are higher. It is considered that sizing effect of blended sizing of LM, PVA and modified starch on T/C 65/35 13 tex yarn is better.
