摘  要:探讨新型短流程清梳联纺纯棉细号纱的应用效果。分析了新型短流程清梳联的流程配置和性能特点。以纺JC 4.9 tex、JC 5.8 tex为例,介绍了原料配用以及清梳联的工艺配置。实践证明,该流程在纺纯棉细号纱时,纺出生条棉结和短绒率均优于短流程清梳联纺出的生条质量,成纱质量指标均达到了乌斯特2007公报5%的水平。认为新型短流程清梳联结构紧凑,功能清晰,能有效减少纤维损伤和节约能耗。Application effect of new type short processing blowing-carding unit in spinning fine count pure cotton yarn was discussed. Processing configuration and property of new type short processing blowing-carding unit were ana- lyzed. JC 4.9 tex yarn and JC 5.8 tex yam were selected as examples, raw material selection and processing configura- tion were introduced. The practice shows that comparing with traditional short processing blowing-carding unit, neps and short fiber content in card sliver spun by the new type short processing blowing-carding unit are better when spinning pure cotton fine count yarn, the yarn quality index can reach Uster 2007 statistic 5% level. It is considered that the structure of the new type short processing blowing-carding unit is compact, the function is clear, fiber injury and energy consumption can be reduced effectively.
