摘　　要：探讨一种新型棉条控制装置的设计原理及应用优势。针对断条自停装置存在的问题,设计出一种新型棉条控制装置,并通过介绍该装置的光电传感器工作原理和电气控制原理,阐述了该装置的应用特点。认为:该装置不仅能实现对棉条断条、多条、缺条以及张力的控制,还可以对棉条的位置进行控制,保证棉条在指定位置,进而有效地提高了产品质量,避免了人为操作失误,使用效果好。Design principle and application advantages of one new sliver control device were discussed. According to problems of tambler, one new sliver control device was designed. Application property of the device was explained through introducing photoelectric sensor working principle and electrical control principle. It is considered that card sliv- er quality and tension can be controlled effectively by the device, card sliver can be controlled in certain position. Finally product quality can be ensured, human operation error can be avoided, the effect is better.
