摘　　要：探讨细特莫代尔纤维11.8 tex集聚赛络纺针织纱的纺纱工艺。针对细特莫代尔纤维的性能特点,分析了该纤维纯纺纱在纺纱过程中存在的问题及解决措施,重点解决了细特莫代尔纤维细度细、难分梳以及集聚赛络纺工艺配置等问题。通过一系列技术措施,最终顺利生产出细特莫代尔纤维11.8 tex集聚赛络纺针织纱,其各项质量指标均达到了使用要求。Spinning processing of fine Modal 11.8 tex condensed siro knitting yarn was discussed. According to fine Modal fiber property,problems and solutions in pure spinning were analyzed. Problems of condensed siro spinning processing configuration, difficult carding, finer fineness were solved as keys. Through adopting a series of technology measures,finally fine Modal 11.8 tex condensed siro knitting yarn can be spun successfully,each index of the yarn can reach use demands.
