摘　　要：解析GB 1103.1—2012《棉花第1部分:锯齿加工细绒棉》。介绍了该标准的质量指标项目和内容、检验方法、检验规则及质量标志。分析了该标准下的棉花贸易结算体系。论述了该标准下企业应注意的问题。指出:选择合适的结算方式、检验验收中把握好颜色级和做好新标准实施后的配棉工作是三个关键环节。认为准确运用该标准做好原料采购结算、检验验收、原料合理使用等项工作,利于该标准在纺织企业中的顺利实施。GB 1103.1-2012 Cotton Part l：Saw Ginned Cotton was analyzed. Quality index, content, test meth- ods, test rule and quality mark of the standard were introduced. Cotton trade settlement system under the new standard was analyzed. Problems that enterprise should paid attention to under the new standard were analyzed. It is pointed out that the three key points were introduced including selecting rational trade settlement, controlling color grade in inspec- tion and acceptance, doing cotton assorting well after new standard implementation. It is helpful to implement the new standard in textile enterprise through a series of measures, including raw material purchasing settlement, inspection and acceptance, rational use of raw material etc.
