摘 要:深水防喷器组的各项功能的检验,若开展前期试验研究,成本高昂,某些极端工况无法开展试验。为此,利用SimulationX系统仿真软件,建立了水下防喷器组及控制系统的仿真模型。该模型考虑到长距离水下输运管道,能够计算管道的非线性体积膨胀,精确模拟液体长距离传输过程中的压力损失。对防喷器组在不同操作顺序下的封井过程进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,在1 500 m水深下,环形防喷器和闸板防喷器的关闭时间与平台实测值非常接近,符合API的设计规范,模型具有较高的仿真精度。仿真结果对于国内深水防喷器组的研制有重要意义。As for as the inspection of the functions of deepwater blowout preventer (BOP) unit, its preliminary experimental study is of high cost and the experiment cannot be conducted due to some severe operating conditions. Therefore, the simulation software of the SimulationX system was used to establish the simulation model of underwater BOP unit and its control system. The model takes into consideration the long-distance underwater transportation pipe. It can calculate the nonlinear volume expansion of the pipe and precisely simulate the pressure loss of liquid in long-distance underwater transportation. The simulation of the working process of the unit in differ- ent operating sequences was conducted. The simulation shows that in the 1 500 m water depth, the closing time of annular and ram BOP is very close to the measured value. It is in agreement with the API design specifications and the model has a relatively high simulation precision. The simulation findings are of great significance to the develop- ment of domestic deepwater BOP unit.
