摘  要:针对胜利油田薄互层低渗透等致密砂岩油藏及页岩油气的地质特点和非常规压裂改造的需要,研发了水平井套管固井预置滑套多级分段压裂完井技术。该技术具有压裂级数不受限制、管柱保持统一通径可满足大排量、大规模网缝压裂的需要,后期可选择性开关滑套实现生产控制或重复压裂等特点。室内模拟试验结果表明,预置可开关滑套在模拟固井状态下开启和关闭可靠,密封压力达70 MPa,能够满足现场需求。In light of the geologic feature of tight sandstone oil reservoirs and shale oil-gas reservoirs and the needs of unconventional fracturing modification in Shengli Oilfield, preset sliding sleeve multistage fracturing com- pletion technology with casing cementing in horizontal wells was studied and developed. The technology is character- ized by the fact that the fracturing stage number is not restricted, the uniform drift diameter of string can meet the needs of large-displacement and large-scale fracture, and sleeve switching may be selected to achieve production control or repeated fracturing at the later stage. The laboratory simulation test shows that the opening and closing of preset switchable sleeve are reliable in the simulated cementing condition. The sealing pressure is 70 MPa, satisfy- ing the field construction requirement.
