充气式油管堵塞器设计与应用

摘　　要：各大油田下入油管堵塞器堵塞油管时，或多或少都存在堵塞效果欠佳，堵塞后油管内仍有溢流，起全井管柱需要投堵多次堵塞器的问题，为此，研制了充气式油管堵塞器。该堵塞器自带密封动力源，压缩胶筒主要依靠自身高压氮气，不受外界环境负面影响，性能稳定，密封效果好，且外界井压对其有助封作用。密封压差在0～35MPa，且有一定的气密封能力，特别适用于油井的带压作业。充气式油管堵塞器在吐哈油田现场应用5井次，均一次性封堵成功。There are some problems in running tubing blanking plug to block tubing in oilfields, such as unde- sirable blocking effect, existence of overflow after tubing blocking and dropping and blocking the plug several times in tripping out full hole string. Therefore, the pneumatic tubing plug was developed. The plug has its own sealing power source. The compression of the packer rubber mainly relies on its own high-pressure nitrogen, free of the negative effect of external environment. Its performance is stable, with a desirable sealing effect. Moreover, exter- nal well pressure has a sealing support for it. The sealing pressure difference is 0 -35 MPa. It has a certain pneu- matic sealability and thus is very suitable for oil wells＇ snubbing operation. The plug was applied five times on the spot in Tuha Oilfield and one-time plugging success for all the wells was achieved.
