摘 要:目前国内的测试装置只能满足低压、小排量液氮泵设备整机测试与试验需要,而对于高压、大排量液氮泵设备的测试与试验,一方面技术上很难实现,另一方面还有较高的安全风险。为此,研究了一种高压、大排量液氮泵测试装置及测试方法。介绍了高压液氮泵设备测试装置的结构及工作原理,阐述了高压、大排量液氮泵测试装置及测试方法的应用情况。应用结果表明,该测试装置可降低试验和测试风险;压力调节系统可对水力压裂设备排出的流量和压力进行调节,操作简便、精确;可以对排出压力和排量分别进行测试,得出排量与压力、输入功率与排出压力、加载压力与加载时间的关系曲线,并输出试验与测试结果。Currently domestic testing devices can only meet the needs of the whole machine testing and experi- ment of low-pressure and small-displacement liquid nitrogen pumps. But as for the testing and experiment of high- pressure and large-displacement pumps, the technology available cannot achieve it and the safety risk is remarkable. Therefore, the testing device and test method for high-pressure and large-displacement pumps were de- signed. The paper introduces the structure and operating principle of the device and expounds the application of the device and the method. The application shows that the device can reduce the test risks. The pressure regulation sys- tem can regulate the flowrate and pressure discharged by the hydraulic fracturing equipment. The operation is simple and precise. The discharged pressure and displacement can be tested respectively to obtain the relation curves of displacement and pressure, input power and discharged pressure, loaded pressure and loaded time, giving the testing results.
