摘 要:有效控制工业生产对水环境带来的影响,促进城镇工业集聚发展并走向良性循环轨道是工业园区可持续发展的焦点之一。传统"收集—处理—排放"水污染控制模式已不能满足城镇化背景下工业园区的发展需要,生态型、一体化式水污染控制体系建设逐渐成为工业园区水环境治理的重要任务。通过分析千灯电路板园区废水处理存在的问题,展开适配性研究。从技术创新方面,系统性地开展了全基地废水回用、收集、集中处理和深度治理建设与研究;从管理创新方面,将上述单一处理单元有机结合起来,形成了一套全流程工业园区废水综合治理模式,为相关园区水污染控制建设提供参考。To reduce the effect of industrial pollution on water environment and to promote the healthy development of industrial parks have become a hot spot in the field of environmental protection. The traditional wastewater treatment mode which contains collection, treatment and discharge can not meet the development of the industrial parks against the background of urbanization. The ecotype and in- tegrated treatment system is gradually becoming a most important mission. Through analyzing the original wastewater treatment system of PCB industrial park in Qiandeng, some more suitable systems were dis- cussed. The wastewater reuse, collection, centralized treatment and advanced treatment were researched in the aspect of technology innovation; More importantly, the innovation of administration combined tradi- tional single treatment units together, and a new integrated treatment mode of wastewater in the industrial park was developed, which can provide a reference for similar projects in industrial parks.
