摘 要:钱塘江是杭州市政供水的主要水源地,而钱塘江杭州段潮汐咸水倒灌与两岸上下游污水的过度排放,严重影响着杭州市当前的饮用水处理安全保障系统。为保证潮汐水源的饮水安全,设计并开发出一套500 m3/d的饮用水超滤/纳滤/反渗透三膜集成工艺和示范装置。示范装置在萧山自来水三厂经过近一年的调试、运行,处理系统出水水质稳定,水质符合国家饮用水卫生标准。为提高饮水水质与保障供水安全,特别是为潮汐水源的饮用水制备提供了一套新工艺,为膜法集成处理系统的放大与推广应用积累了经验。Qiantang River is the main drinking water source for Hangzhou City. Current, the drinking water quality in Hangzhou City was affected seriously by seawater intrusion into Qiantang River during tidal periods and the industrial wastewater and sewage excessive discharge in the upstream and downstream of Hangzhou City. In order to ensure the safety of drinking water quality during tidal periods, a set of 500 m3/d of drinking water treatment system and demonstration unit were designed and manufac- tured using integrated ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis technologies. The system and demonstration unit were commissioned for nearly one year in Xiaoshan Third Waterworks of Hangzhou City. The operation results of the system and demonstration unit indicated that the system operation was stable, and the quality of produced water met the Standards for Drinking Water Standards ( GB 5749 - 2006 ). A new process was provided to enhance the drinking water quality and to ensure the water supply safety, es- pecially to produced drinking water from source water during tidal periods. The experience was accumulated for enlargement, popularization and application of the water treatment system using integrated mem- brane technologies.
