摘　　要：在对都市圈产业技术跨越系统分析基础上构建都市圈产业技术跨越系统战略框架模型,提出都市圈产业技术跨越实施策略。研究成果为都市圈产业技术跨越的深入研究奠定一定的理论基础,对都市圈产业技术的发展规划也具有一定的参考价值。Based on the analysis of industrial technological leapfrogging system in metropolitan area, the study constructs the strategic framework of industrial technological leapfrogging system and proposes the implementation tactics of industrial technological leapfrogging in metropolitan area. The research results lay the theoretical foundation on the in - depth study of industrial technological leapfrogging in metropolitan area and have certain reference value for the development planning of industrial technology in metropolitan area.
