网络信息政策执行影响因素的仿真与建模研究

摘　　要：网络信息政策的制定与实施并不等于问题的解决,要彻底解决问题,则有赖于有效率的网络信息政策的执行。以影响网络信息政策执行的因素作为研究对象,构建了影响网络信息政策执行因素的系统动力学模型,通过Vensim PLE软件探究出最主要的影响因素。结果表明,执行主体是影响网络信息政策执行最关键的因素;在网络信息政策执行过程中各个因素都非常重要,都应该得到政府的重视。Network information policy formulation and implementation does not mean the solution of the problem. To solve the problem completely depends on the efficiency of network information policy implementation. The paper builds the system dynamics model of the impact network information policy implementation factors affecting the network information policy im- plementation as a research object to build through Vensim PLE software to explore the most important influencing factors. The results show that the implementation main body is the key factor of the network information policy implementation. The various factors are very important in the process of policy implementation in network information, which should get the at- tention of the government.
