摘　　要：构造了一个影响高校研究者产学研合作倾向的因素模型,在此基础上通过对962份有效问卷的统计分析,发现除了职业经历、学科背景和职称等个体因素之外,政府引导、高校鼓励政策和相互信任也会对高校研究者的产学研合作倾向产生显著性影响,最后基于实证分析结论对阻碍我国高校研究者参与产学研合作的原因以及相应的政策启示进行了讨论。This paper constructs a model for the factors that have impact on the propensity of academics to engage in working with in- dustry. By analyzing the 962 questionnaires filled by university academics in China, we find that individual characteristics such as aca- demics＇ career, seniority and disciplinary affiliation have significant impact on the propensity of academics, as well as national poli- cies, reward system of university, and mutual trust between academics and industry partners. At the end, factors that shape Chinese academics＇ perceptions of the barriers to working with industry are discussed.
