强力宁联合复方丹参注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎重度淤胆

摘　　要：目的 :评价强力宁联合复方丹参注射液对慢性乙型肝炎重度淤胆的临床疗效。方法 :67例 CHB患者随机分为 A、B两组。A组采用强力宁联合复方丹参注射液治疗。B组单用强力宁。疗程为 1个月。结果 :治疗 1个月后血清胆红素水平在 A、B两组分别降至 10 9.7± 71.82和 2 18.52± 10 7,较治疗前的 382 .4 2± 154.32和 373.30± 152 .2明显下降 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :采用强力宁与复方丹参注射液联合治疗Objective:The study was conducted to determine the efficiency of potenlini combined compound injection of Danshen in the treatment for severe cholestasis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:67 Patients were randomized to receive Potenlini combined compound injection of Danshen or Potenlini alone for a full course of treatment in 30 days .Results:After 30 days treatment the concuntration of serum bilirubin for Potenlini combined compound injection of Danshen and Potenlini were 109.7±71.82 and 218.52±107 there were significant statistical defference of serum bilirubin in two groups compared with the primary 382.42±154.32 and 373.30±152.2 respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion:Potenlini combined compound injection of Danshen is safe and effictive in the treatment for severe cholestasis of chronic hepatitis B.
