摘 要:为研究厚板及其焊缝在Z向下的冲击性能,积累Z向冲击功的数据,为今后衡量评价Z向性能提供实验依据,采用Q345B结构钢材,针对厚度60~165 mm的板,在不同尺寸焊缝的十字形连接下沿轧制方向和板厚方向(Z向)取样,在常温和低温下进行夏比V形缺口冲击试验。分析冲击功的变化规律,并用Boltzman函数进行拟合并分析韧脆转变温度。对试样断口进行电镜扫描分析。研究结果表明:Z向取样,温度降低皆会对冲击韧性产生较大的影响,板厚及焊缝尺寸的增加也会对冲击韧性产生不利的影响,但相对较低。To study Z - direction impact toughness of thick plate and its weld, the data of Z - direction impact toughne was accumulated and integrated rules were given for evaluating Z - direction properties, Sharp V notch impact experiments were to be done as follows. The Q345B structural steel with its thickness from 60 ~ 165 mm was used and welded by different styles and different sizes, and samples were extracted from rolling direction and Z - direction, then impact test would be done in normal and low temperature. The change law of impact tough- ness was analyzed and ductile - brittle transition temperature was obtained by Boltzmann equation. At last the fracture was analyzed by electron microscope. The results show that under the condition of Z - direction sam- pling, the decrease of temperature will have a substantial effect on impact toughness, and the increase of the plate thickness and weld size will also influence the impact toughness, while not much relatively.
