摘  要:目的通过评价现行地市级公立医院改革绩效,为地市级公立医院进一步改革提供参考。方法以改革目标为导向,借助初步建立的地市级公立医院改革绩效评价体系,以绍兴市人民医院为对象进行评价。结果绍兴市人民医院公立医院改革绩效评价结果为"优秀"。结论绍兴市人民医院公立医院改革成效显著,是一项值得推广借鉴的改革模式。同时,改革的成功离不开医院自身的努力与持续改进。Objective: To provide reference for the further reform of municipal hospitals based on the performance assessment of current reform of a municipal public hospital. Methods: Based on the preliminary performance assessment system on the reform of municipal public hospitals and against the reform targets, the study conducted performance assessment of Shaoxing People's Hospital. Results: The performance of Shaoxing People's Hospital on public hospital reform was rated as "excellent". Conclusion: Shaoxing People's Hospital has made significant achievements in public hospital reform, which is worthy of wide promotion and reference. The successful reform of Shaoxing People's Hospital is indispensable of its own efforts and continuous improvement.
