摘 要:目的进一步规范医疗价格收费行为,维护患者合法权益,构建和谐医患关系,有效提升放心满意的诚信医院形象。方法医院严格执行国家价格法律、法规和政策,通过健全医院内部价格管理制度,建立科学、完善的价格运行机制和自我约束机制,向全社会进行价格公示等举措,增强收费透明度,主动接受社会各界监督。结果医疗服务收费准确率不断提高,医院的诚信度不断提升。Objective: To protect the legitimate rights and interests of patients, establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship and a hospital with an image of integrity and that provide satisfactory services by regulating medical service charging. Methods: Following measures were taken: strict implementation of national price laws, regulations and policies, improvement of internal price control system, establishment of scientific price mechanism and self-restraint mechanism, display of medical service price to the public, enhancement of pricing transparency, and voluntary acceptance of social supervision. Results: The hospital increased the accuracy of medical service charging and improved its image of integrity.
