正常少年儿童颅颌面发育的性别特征

摘　　要：目的 :研究颅颌面组织结构的性别差异 ,为创造富于性别特征的侧貌提供理论支持。方法 :用电子计算机 X线头影测量系统对 1 0 4名正常牙合少年儿童颅颌面结构做性别对比分析。结果 :男性下颌骨垂直向生长趋势较强 ,颏部位置相对靠下 ,软组织侧面型较突。结论 :男女颅颌面硬软组织结构基本相同 ,但个别结构仍然存在一定差异 ,且具统计学意义。Objective:To study the gender difference of cranio maxillo facial tissue and structure,and provide theoretical support for creating lateral profile with gender characteristics.Methods:The gender comparative analysis of cranio maxillo facial structure in 104 cases of teen ager with normal occlusion was done by means of computer cephalometric radiographic technique.Results:There is a stronger tendency of vertical growth for male mandible,the genial region is relatively inferior and the lateral profile is relatively protrusive.Conclusion:The cranio maxillo facial hard and soft tissue structure is basically the same in men and women,however,there is significantly certain difference in individual structure.
