中医药防治瘢痕的机理研究

摘　　要：[目的]综述近10年来中医药防治瘢痕形成的机制方面的研究进展。[方法]通过检索近10年来中药防治瘢痕形成机制的中医药相关研究文献,从在体实验和离体实验两方面对中医药防治瘢痕的机制作一总结。[结果]中医药防治瘢痕的机制主要是通过对成纤维细胞,及其分泌的胶原的相关研究。其具体机制有中药可抑制瘢痕成纤维细胞生长,且呈浓度-时间依赖性,从而达到减少瘢痕组织的产生和并控制感染等并发症;另外,中药通过对Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原水平调控,调节胶原的合成,减少瘢痕成,并提高创面修复质量。[结论]中医药具有抗瘢痕的作用,在防治瘢痕方面具有一定优势,但有待于进一步规范研究方法,拓宽研究思路,使中医药在抗瘢痕的临床应用上有突破性进展。[Objective]The purpose of the review was to summarize the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat scar and its mechanism in recent 10 years. [Methods]Retrieving the literature of the past 10 years on Chinese medicine to prevent scar, it is to summarize scar mechanism of prevention and cure both in vivo and in vitro experiments. [R.esult]Main mechanism of preventing and treating scar by traditional Chinese medicine is through studying fibroblasts and collagen. The specific mechanism is that Chinese medicine can inhibit the growth of scar fibroblasts in a con- centration-time-dependent manner, so as to reduce the scar tissue and control of infection and other complications; Additionly, by adjusting the levels of collagen I , ~, Chinese medicine can regulate synthesis of collagen, reduce scar, and improve the quality of wound repair. [Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in preventing and treating scar, but needs to further standardize methodology to broaden ideas. So Chinese medicine has a promising furure on anti-scar in the clinic.
