医用臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎103例临床治疗与研究

摘　　要：目的观察医用臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法临床诊断为膝关节滑膜炎的患者103例,关节腔内注射医用臭氧,定期随访观察并分析其疗效。结果治疗后,随访并详细记录患者的各项指标,判断其疗效,发现显效72例、有效21例、无效10例,有效率为90.29%。结论医用臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效显著,可于临床中推荐应用。Objective Observation therapeutic effect of ozone treatment 103 cases of gonarthromeningitis. Methods 103 patients has been clinical diagnosed with knee joint synovitis,injiected medical ozone in Articular cavity. Regular follow-up observations and analysis its curative effect. Results The indicators of follow-up and record in detail.and determine the effect. Markedly improved were 72 cases , effective 21 cases, 10 cases of invalid, the effective rate was 90.29%. Conclusion Medical ozone treatment knee joint synovitis of clinical curative effect is remarkable, can be recommended in clinical annlieation.
