摘  要:利用有限元分析方法对某平台至FPSO海管泄漏点补救方案进行连接强度分析。结果表明,在模拟上扣、上扣+拉伸、上扣+压缩、上扣+内压这四种受力情况下,Ф73.0×5.51mm L80NK3SB特殊螺纹均具有良好的密封性能,且其强度均大于管体。在不考虑海水冲击而引起管线震动这一前提条件下,经螺纹连接的Φ73.0×5.51mm L80 NK3SB油管完全能够满足生产要求。The strength analysis for leak remedy of sea pipeline of some platform to FPSO in oilfield was studied by the means of finite element analysis method. The results show that Ф73.0×5.51mm L80 NK3SB special thread has good sealing performance, and its strength is greater than the tube body under the four simulated conditions of buckle, buckle and tensile, buckle and compression, buckle and internal pressure. The threaded connection ofΦ73×5.51mm L80 NK3SB tubing can completely meet the production requirements without taking the pipeline vibration into account.
