地黄皮炎口服液治疗4种变态反应性皮肤病的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药制剂地黄皮炎口服液治疗湿疹、接触性皮炎、药疹和过敏性紫癜等 4种变态反应性皮肤病的临床疗效。方法 :采用临床开放试验的方法进行观察。结果 :地黄皮炎口服液治疗 130例 ,显效率为 83 85% ,总有效率为 93 85%。结论 :初步观察 ,地黄皮炎口服液疗效较好 ,使用简便、安全 ,有进一步研究的价值。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal preparation Di huang dermatitis oral liquid to 4 kind of allergic skin diseases such as eczema, contact dermatitis, drug eruption and allergic purpura. Methods: The clinical open test was adopted. Results: 130 cases were treated with preparation Di huang dermatitis oral liquid and the excellent and overall effective rates were 83 85% and 93 85%. Conclusion: It was suggested that preparation Di huang dermatitis oral liquid had an excellent curative effect to allergic skin diseases.
