摘　　要：北京大学自2010年起在全国部分省市重点中学实行"校长实名推荐制"。本研究从实证分析的角度出发,以2010年、2011年录取到北大的约300名推荐生为主要研究对象,采用问卷调查结合深度访谈的方法,对实名推荐制实行三年来的公平与效率做出评估,并通过与非推荐生群体的比较,得出推荐生群体在家庭背景、城乡分布、学业表现等方面的特征,以及获取学生群体对实名推荐制的评价。In 2010 Peking University introduced ＂ high school principal recommendation system＂ in key high schools in some provinces and cities in China. By questionnairing and interviewing about 300 recommended and accepted students by Peking University in 2010 and 2011, this article evaluates the equity and efficiency of the system.In addition, recommended and non-recommended students are compared with respect to family background, the distribution of urban and rural areas, and academic performance. Comments from undergraduate students on this system are also included in this study.
