摘　　要：财务管理是高校内部管理的重要组成部分。新形势下财务工作的范围越来越广,财务工作正由核算型向管理型转变,只有建立正确的财务管理体制,健全各项财务管理制度,加强财务管理工作,才能使高校取得更大的经济和社会效益。Financial management is an important part of college internal management. Under the new situation, increasingly wide range of financial operations, financial work is changing from the accounting model to management model, only to es- tablish the correct financial management system, and improve the f＇mancial management system; strengthen financial man- agement in order to make universities achieve greater economic and social benefits.
