摘　　要：高等教育的发展必须适应经济结构的升级优化,本文通过近20年来天津经济结构与高等教育的互动分析,探讨了如何使天津高等教育的经费投入、类型结构、层次结构、学科结构、办学体制等方面适应经济结构优化的要求。The development ofhigher education must adapt to the upgrading ofeconomic structure optimization. This article analyses the interaction of Tianjin economic structure and higher education within the 20 years, discusses how to make Tian- jin higher education spending, type, structure, level structure, subject structure, educational system and so on to meet the requirements of economic structure optimization.
