摘　　要：研究生创新能力培养,是我国高校研究生教育中的一个现实课题.当前,这项工作还存在一些不足,需要我们从创新意识的教育、教学模式的改革、导师队伍建设、学科和创新平台的建设等方面进行改革,以促进研究生创新能力的提升.Graduate students＇ innovation ability training is a realistic subject of graduate student education. Some deficien- cies still exist at present; we need to reform from the creative consciousness education, the teaching mode, the teacher team construction, the construction of innovation platform, in order to promote the innovative ability of graduate students.
