摘　　要：日本的各行各业,以服务见长,顾客第一、细致入微的服务理念被世界各国所称赞.其中,图书馆高质量的、以人为本的人性化服务更是有目共睹.本文结合笔者留学日本期间的亲身经历,就日本图书馆的人性化特色进行分析,并对我国图书馆业发展所带来的启示加以探讨.Japan walks of life, is famous for its service, customer first, nuanced concept of service is praised by the world. Among them, the reader library of high quality, people-oriented human services is even more obvious. In this paper, combined with the author＇s personal experience during the study in Japan, the Japanese library humane characteristics were analyzed, and explore on the revelations to the development of librarianship.
