住院患者分级护理级别与直接护理时间、满意度之间的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过测量不同护理级别住院患者24 h所需的直接护理时间以及满意度,比较分级护理与直接护理时间、满意度之间的差异,探讨三者之间的关系。方法选择138例成年住院患者,记录患者的护理级别,用自行设计的直接护理时间表来测量患者24 h的直接护理时间,用患者对护理工作满意度的问卷调查表来调查满意度。结果 (1)不同护理级别患者之间的直接护理时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)不同护理级别患者之间的满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)分级护理与直接护理时间、满意度之间无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论现行的分级护理与实际工作不相适应,需要进一步的完善。Objective To investigate the correlation between the grading nursing care、 the inpatients＇direct care time and the degree of satisfaction, and describe the correlation among these variables. Methods The satisfaction to assess measurements of nursing and patients＇ 24 hours direct-care time were evaluating indicators. Results There was no correlation between the grading nursing care, the direct-care time of inpatients and the degree of satisfaction. Conclusion The current grading nursing care system can not meet the demand of practical work and should be improved.
