摘　　要：总结了静脉套扎器在治疗上消化道粘膜下隆起病变的可行性和疗效。主要包括了静脉套扎器的使用方法,术前心理护理,饮食护理,术中护理,术后观察和出院指导等。认为静脉套扎器对良性的粘膜下隆起病变结扎效果好、简单、安全、患者痛苦小,值得推广。The article summarized the feasibility and efficacy of the vein ligation device in the treatment of submucous lesions in up-per digestive tract. It included usage of the vein ligation device, preoperative psychological nursing, diet nursing, intraoperative nursing, postoperative observation, discharge guidance and so on. It＇s believed that the method is useful for the submucosal lesions, with its simplicity, safety and small pain.
