褪黑激素核受体RORα的生理功能及其与绒毛生长关系的研究进展

摘　　要：RORα作为褪黑激素核受体之一,在机体生长发育过程中发挥重要的生理作用。褪黑激素调控RORα的转录表达,RORα作为核受体信号转导通路因子介导褪黑激素的作用机制。本文综述了RORα的结构、表达、配体的作用,讨论了RORα在小脑发育、昼夜节律、视网膜、免疫反应中的作用,探讨了褪黑激素可能通过RORα抑制肿瘤、促进绒毛生长,以期为在分子水平阐述褪黑激素促进绒毛生长的调控机制提供依据,为提高绒毛的产量和品质提供参考。RORα, as one of the members of melatonin nuclear receptor, plays an important physiological role in the progress of organism＇s growth and development. Melatonin regulates RORα expression at the transcriptional level, RORcx, as a factor of nuclear receptor signal transduetion pathway, mediates the mechanism of melatonin. The paper reviewed the structure, expression, functions of RORα igand, discussed the effect of RORot in cerebellar development, circadian rhythm, retina and immunoreaction, probed melatoniu may inhibit tumor, promote cashmere＇s growth by RORα. The paper aims to not only provide foundation for elaborating regulatory mechanisms of promoting cashmere＇ s growth by melatonin at the molecular level, but also provide reference for the increase of cashmere＇s production and quality.
