摘　　要：从灌区机井用水计量控制系统的原理及功能出发,分别对控制终端硬件部分及软件部分的功能做了详细的阐述。通过自动计量、数据采集、数据传输及处理技术,对灌区灌溉用水量进行实时计量与监测,采用智能IC卡管理,实现灌溉取水信息的自动化管理。该系统已经应用在灌区灌溉系统中,使用效果良好。Based on the principle and function of the water metering system for irrigation motor-pumped well, the hardware system and software function are respectively discussed in details in this paper. Through automatic measurement, data acquisition, data transmission and processing technology, the real-time measurement and monitoring of water for irrigation in well irrigation area are realized. Meanwhile, by application of smart IC card management, the automatic management of irrigation water information is real- ized. This system has been used in the irrigation system and the effect is good.
