摘　　要：以CNKI为研究对象,对我国学者在2002-2012年间关于我国档案学专业人才培养模式的研究成果进行了比较详细的介绍和评述,近十年来的研究重点主要集中在档案学专业人才模式及其组成要素中的培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍建设上,文章提出我国档案学专业人才培养模式改革与发展趋势是构建档案学专业创新人才培养模式。This article briefly reviews and summarizes the major achievements of personnel training mode of archival science in China through searching from CNKI in 2002 and 2012.In recent ten years, the study focuses on the training mode and its objectives, including training target, curriculum system and con- struction of teaching staff. Based on the research, the authors point out that forming the mode of cultivating innovation talent is the reform and trend of the personnel training mode of archival science in China.
