摘  要:目的:比较栀子中4种环烯醚萜类成分抗血管性痴呆的活性。方法:血管性痴呆模型大鼠术后3 d经口给予京尼平苷、京尼平苷酸、山栀子苷甲酯及京尼平溶液,剂量为15 mg·kg-1,连续给药30 d,进行空间探索和定位航行实验等行为学测试和大脑病理切片观察。结果:空间探索和定位航行实验结果显示,京尼平苷、京尼平苷酸、京尼平能改善模型大鼠的学习能力和记忆能力(P<0.05或0.01);脑组织病理切片显示,京尼平苷、京尼平苷酸和京尼平组大鼠海马CA1区和大脑皮质内锥体层各脑区的神经元变性情况明显优于模型组大鼠。结论:京尼平、京尼平苷酸和京尼平苷可能具有抗血管性痴呆的作用,山栀子苷甲酯没有抗血管性痴呆的作用。Objective: To compare the anti-vascular dementia activity of four iridoid components in gardenia. Methods: 3 days after vascular dementia rats models were prepared, rats in genipin group, geniposide acid group, geniposide group and shanzhiside methyl ester group were treated with corresponding medicine of 15 mg· kg^-1 respetively for consecutive 30 days, then praxiology tests were carried out, such as space exploration and Positioning navigation experiment. Results:The results of space exploration and Positioning navigation experiment showed that genipin, geniposide acid and geniposide could significantly improve the memory and learn ability of vascular dementia rats (P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ) ; Brain tissue biopsy revealed that the neuronal degeneration of the geniposide group, geniposide acid group and genipin group in the hippocampal CA1 and cerebral cortex pyramidal layer were significantly better than the control group. Couclusiou:Genipin, geniposide acid and geniposide probably have the effect of anti-vascular dementia, but shanzhiside methyl ester didn't show any effect of anti-vascular dementia.
