摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下电凝止血的方法。方法回顾性分析我科在鼻内镜下用带吸引的电凝器治疗205例鼻出血患者临床资料。结果 205例中,199例一次性治愈,随访3月内再次鼻出血的6例。结论在鼻内镜下用带吸引的电凝器止血,视野清晰,止血准确,病人痛苦小,效果良好。Objective To discuss the endoscopic electrocoagulation in the treatment of epistaxis. Methods Retrospectively analysis 205 cases of intraoperative treatment of epistaxis by using an electrocoagulation device with suction in our department. Results Of the 205 cases, all cases stopped bleeding after surgery. During 3-month follow up, 6 case showed rebleeding, while 199 show no recurrent epistaxis. Conclusion The advantages of using an electrocoagulation device with suction during endoscopic intraoperative treatment of epistaxis included clear field of view, correct operation scope, and less painful.
