摘 要:目的研究乙醇引起低温反应与棕色脂肪组织(brownadiposetissue,BAT)产热变化的关系。方法实验用成年雄性SD大鼠,在22℃环境温度下,明暗时间各12h,昼光时间为上午6时~下午6时,用无线遥控技术测量体核温度、BAT温度、动物活动和尾部皮肤温度。上午10时给大鼠腹腔注射乙醇(3g/kg)或生理盐水。结果腹腔注射乙醇后能快速引起BAT温度降低,并且伴有体核温度明显降低反应,同时大鼠的活动也出现降低反应。另外,乙醇也能引起尾部皮肤温度明显降低。结论乙醇引起大鼠低温与其能抑制BAT产热和降低动物活动有关。Objective To determine ethanol - induced hypothermie response and its relationship with changes in the thermogenic ac- tivity of brown adipose tissue(BAT). Methods The core temperature, BAT temperature, motor activity and tail skin temperature were measured by telemetry in adult male Sprague -Dawley rats at an ambient temperature of 22℃ during a 12h light:12h dark photoperiod. At 10:00 am the rats were dosed intraperitoneally with ethanol (3g/kg) or saline. Results Intraperitoneal injection of ethanol could elicit rapid drop in BAT temperature cembined with a marked decrease in core temperature, and could also decrease motor activity in rats. In addition, ethanol also caused a marked decrease in tail skin temperature. Conclusion Our data indicated that ethanol - induced hypo- thermia attributed to the suppression of BAT thermogenesis and the decrease decrease motor activity in rats.
