人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症观察

摘　　要：目的研究探讨人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法选择2011年1月至2012年10月门诊诊断为干眼症的患者218例（436只眼）。随机分成试验组和对照组两组。试验组：卡波姆滴眼液及双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合应用。对照组：卡波姆滴眼液单独应用。各种药物的用法均为每日4次点眼。分别在治疗前及治疗后的5天、10天、20天对患者的症状、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、泪液分泌试验（Sehirmer I test）、角膜荧光素染色进行观察评估，比较两组结果。结果人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的疗效明显优于单纯使用人工泪液凝胶治疗组，两组结果差异有统计学意义。结论人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症具有较好的疗效，值得临床使用及推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of artificial tears gel joint diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of dry eyes. Methods Selected 218 patients （436 eyes） of dry eyes, di- vided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group received combined application of carbomer eye drops and dielofenac sodium eye drops; while control group received carbomer eye drops used alone at four times daily. Observation time was for before and 5, 10, 20 days after treat- ment. The patient＇s symptoms, BUT, Schirmer I test, and FL were observed. Results Combined treatment group is better than the simple drug group. The two groups was statistically difference. Conclusions Artificial tears gel joint diclofenac sodium eye drop has good curative effect in the treatment of dry eye syndrome.
