摘　　要：FTY720是一种由冬虫夏草培养液多球壳菌素合成的鞘氨醇类似物,作为一种新型的免疫抑制剂广泛应用于临床复发型多发性硬化症的治疗。近年研究发现FTY720还能诱导多种肿瘤细胞凋亡、增强化疗敏感性、抑制肿瘤转移。本文就FTY720抗肿瘤作用及其机制的研究进展作一综述。FTY720, a synthetic sphingosine analogue of myriocin derived from culture filtrates of Isaria sinclairii, has been widely used in the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis as a novel immunosuppressant. Recent studies indicate that FTY720 can induce apoptosis, enhance chemotherapy effect, as well as inhibit metastasis in several cancers. This article reviewed the advances in study on the anti-cancer effect and mechanism of FTY720.
