摘　　要：以湖南省"十二五"交通信息化基础工程建设为背景,从数字公路架构、数据元标准、数据接口规范、数据传输规范、数据安全规范等方面建立湖南省数字公路标准的各项技术规范要求,为解决智能交通中的"信息孤岛"问题提供了统一标准,从而为交通行业的信息化建设提供技术依据。With the background of 12th five -year traffic information infrastructure construction in hunan province, we build technical specifications of digital highway in hu- nan province from digital highway architecture, data ele- ment standard, data interface specification, data transfer specification, data security specification, and etc. These specifications will provide a unified standard to solve the information islands problem in intelligent transportation and technical basis for information construction in trans- portation industry.
