腰三横突单次注射联合直线偏振光近红外线治疗腰三横突综合征的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察腰三横突单次注射联合直线偏振光近红外线治疗腰三横突综合征的疗效。方法将腰三横突综合征患者96例随机分为两组，治疗组给予腰三横突单次注射联合直线偏振光近红外线治疗；对照组单纯给予腰三横突单次注射治疗，6个月后观察疗效。结果两组临床疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为90％（44／49例），对照组总有效率为72％（34／47例），治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论腰三横突单次注射联合直线偏振光近红外线治疗腰三横突综合征较单纯腰三横突注射可明显提高疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome by single local injection combined with linear polarized infrared light therapy. Methods Ninety-six patients with third lumbar transverse syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in the treatment group were given a single local injection at the third lumbar transverse combined with linear polarized infrared therapy, while in the control group were only given a single local injection at the third lumbar transverse process. Six months later, the effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results In comparison of the clinical effect between the two groups, the curative rate in treatment group was 90~ （44/49 cases）, and in the control group was 72^（34/47 cases）. The effect in treatment group is better than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Single local injection combined with linear polarized infrared light therapy is more effective than only single local injection in the treatment of third lumbar transverse syndrome.
