摘　　要：本文探讨肩关节周围炎按病因、病位、病程和功能受限情况的分型、分期、分度及其治疗。陆氏伤科形成了“轻度行功能锻炼配合外用药中度行局麻下手法松解配合银质针”“重度行全麻下手法松解配合银质针”，功能锻炼贯穿始终的肩关节周围炎治疗方案。This paper is to discuss the type of scapulohumeral periarthritis according to the etiopathogenisis, diseased region, course of disease and the degree of pain and shoulder joint func- tion,and its treatment. A systematic therapeutic regimen, functional exercises combined with external drug for the mild degree, adhesion-loosening technique combined with silver-needle acupuncture un- der local anesthesia for the moderate degree, adhesion-loosening technique combined with silver-nee- dle acupuncture under general anesthesia for the severe degree, and functional exercises in the whole treating course, in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis was founded by the department of Lu＇ s traumatology
