摘 要:对航空发动机用封严橡胶材料进行模拟工况下可磨耗性的研究。结果表明:可磨耗性模拟试验和实际工况下的磨损行为非常相似;封严橡胶材料在不同试验条件下有不同的磨损形貌和磨屑形态。研究中出现了3种典型的磨损形貌:在线速度(m·s^-1)/入侵速率(μm·s^-1)/入侵深度(μm)为100/5/1000的试验条件下,出现具有明显刮痕的磨损形态;在100/400/1000的试验条件下,出现沙丘状的磨损形态;在275/100/1000的试验条件下,呈现出鱼鳞状倒刺的粗糙磨损形态。3种典型的磨屑形态分别为:在100/100/500试验条件下为细小粉末状的典型磨屑;在100/275/1000试验条件下磨屑呈2—3mm长的搓泥状;在275/100/1000试验条件下出现了有一定长度的条状或不规则片状的磨屑。The abradability of seal rubber materials used in aero-engine was studied in simulated conditions. The results showed that the simulated testing closely matched actual conditions to qualify the abradabilityof seal rubber materials for specific applications. Seal rubber materials had different rub morphologyanddebirs shapes in different testing conditions. There were three kinds oftypicalrub morphology in the research: the morphology with clearly rub traces at blade tip speed (m · s^-1 )/incursion speed( μm · s^-1)/incursion depth(μm) :100/5/1 000, vein like sand dunesat 100/400/1 000 test parameters, fish scale with barbs at 275/100/1 000 test parameters; and three representative debirs shapes: tiny powder at 100/100/500 test parameters, mud shape of rubbing with a length of 2 - 3 mm at 100/275/1 000 test parametersandstripe or irregular thin piece at 275/100/ 1 000 test parameters.
