间歇充气加压装置联合药物在预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨间歇充气加压装置联合药物在预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）形成的护理疗效。方法选取我科2010年3月～2012年3月收治的86例髋关节置换术患者，其中46例我们应用间歇充气加压装置联合药物预防术后下肢DVT形成（试验组），40例单纯使用药物预防下肢DVT形成（对照组）。结果实验组术后下肢DVT的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论髋关节置换术后，使用间歇充气加压装置联合药物预防下肢DVT形成，可以明显降低术后下肢DVT的发生率，促进患者早日康复。Objective To investigate the efficacy of hip replacement with intermittent pneumatic compression devices and drugs in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis（DVT）. Methods We selected 86 patients who underwent hip replacement in our department from March 2010 to March 2012, In order to prevent DVT, we used intermittent pneumatic compression devices and drugs in 46 patients （experimental group）, and 40 patients only used drugs （control group）. Results The incidence of DVT in experimental group after surgery was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intermittent pneumatic compression devices combine with drugs can significantly reduce the incidence of DVT after hip replacement surgery and promote early recovery of patients.
