摘　　要：营养不良是影响终末期肝病患者临床结局的重要预后因素之一,本文就终末期肝病患者营养不良的病因、评估及治疗方面的新进展进行综述。Malnutrition is one of the most important prognostic factors which can influence the clinical outcome of patients with end-stage liver disease. This review focuses on the research advances in the etiology, assessment and treatment of malnutrition in patients with end-stage liver disease.
