摘  要:心房颤动(AF)是临床最常见的心律失常之一,可导致血栓栓塞、心力衰竭等并发症,并增加死亡率[1-2],药物治疗效果并不理想。近年来随着三维标测系统的出现,经导管射频消融得到了快速发展,在AF治疗中的地位不断提高。我院近期使用最新一代CARTO3系统(Biosense Webster)指导AF的射频消融治疗,取得了较为满意的效果,现将初步应用体会总结如下。A total of 26 patients with AF(20 paroxysmal AF,6 persistent AF)were enrolled in this study.LA was reconstructed by fast anatomic mapping(FAM)with CARTO3system after interatrial septum puncture and selective pulmonary venography.Circumferential pulmonary vein isolation(CPVI)was the destination of ablation for paroxysmal AF;As for persistent AF,complex fractionated atrial electrogram(CFAE)ablation was used if AF was not terminated by CPVI.Mapping or direct current cardioversion was performed if AF was turned into atrial tachycardia.All 26 patients completed the scheduled ablation,among them 4patients with persistent AF received cardioversion.The total procedure time was(137.9±18.2)min,which included X-ray exposure time(25.2±6.5)min;Duration of LA mapping was(3.9±1.0)min,which included X-ray exposure time was(2.7±0.8)min.After(7.3±2.0)months of follow-up,2 patients recurred with AF(7.7%),and no serious complication occurred.
