不稳定型心绞痛患者血清Angiopoietin-2浓度的变化及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:检测不稳定型心绞痛患者血清中Angiopoietin-2(Ang-2)浓度的变化及其与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法:57例不稳定型心绞痛患者均做冠状动脉造影检查,冠状动脉狭窄严重程度评价使用Gensini评分,冠状动脉侧支血管根据Rentrop分类进行评分。对照组36例为我院体检的年龄相匹配的健康人。使用蛋白芯片检测血清Ang-2浓度。结果:不稳定型心绞痛患者血清中Ang-2浓度较对照组显著增高[(3 679.91±1 880.94)pg/ml∶(2 444.50±1 152.21)pg/ml,P<0.01]。血浆Ang-2浓度与TC、HDL、LDL、TG、血浆NTproBNP浓度和侧支血管评分无显著性相关,但与Gensini评分(r=0.585,P<0.001)、左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径和左室射血分数有显著性相关(P<0.01)。结论:不稳定型心绞痛患者血清Ang-2浓度显著增高,与冠状动脉狭窄程度显著相关。Objective：To test the serum angiopoietin-2（Ang-2） concentrations in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Method：Fifty-seven patients with unstable angina pectoris were undergone coronary angiography.The severity of coronary artery stenosis was scored by Gensini score,and coronary collateral vessels were scored by Rentrop′s classification.Thirty-six age-matched healthy people from medical examination center were selected as control group.Serum Ang-2concentrations were measured using cytokine array technology.Result：Compared with control group,the serum Ang-2 concentrations in patients with unstable angina pectoris were significantly increased[（3 679.91±1 880.94）pg/ml∶（2 444.50±1 152.21）pg/ml,P0.01].Serum Ang-2 concentrations were unrelated to total cholesterol,HDL cholesterol,LDL cholesterol,triglycerides,serum NT-proBNP concentrations,and collaterals score.However,serum Ang-2 concentrations were significantly correlated with Gensini score（r=0.585,P0.001）,left ventricular end diastolic diameter（r=0.501,P0.001）,left ventricular end systolic diameter（r=0.563,P0.001）and left ventricular ejection fraction（r=-0.523,P0.001）.Conclusion：Serum Ang-2 concentrations are increased,and are correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
